Frank Flanagan Fittings Ltd. is committed to making its websites accessible to all Internet users.
What is Accessibility?
Accessibility is about designing an accessible website to ensure that its content is available to the maximum number of visitors, including people with disabilities, regardless of the technology they are using.
The five main types of disabilities that affect Internet usage are:
- Visual impairments
- Hearing impairments
- Mobility impairments
- Cognitive impairments
- Seizure disorders
Frank Flanagan Fittings Ltd. intends to update its website over time to Irish National Disability Authority, and W3C Standards, and incorporate features to ensure that every visitor can access information (including providing alternative text descriptions, using simple and intuitive site navigation, labelling elements clearly, and producing logical page structures).
Over the next few months we will be actively working to identify which areas we need to address and this statement will be updated with any actions taken to improve accessibility of the www.fff.ie website.
