The sales and marketing team just returned from a successful trip to the INTERZUM trade show in Cologne, Germany. This is the leading international trade fair for suppliers to the furniture production and interior design industry.
Over the course of the four days the team were on hand to meet with our customer base who attended the fair and show them the next generation of innovative and sustainable furniture solutions from Blum; including the new PLICOBOX .
This new functional box system couldn’t be any easier to assemble; fold the base, push it into the drawer sides, fix in place and your drawer is ready to go! The whole system comes in a flat pack package, saving transport costs and warehouse space.
Our customers also got the opportunity to see the new version of the REVEGO pocket door system in action. This innovative system is made for front heights from 1130 – 2980mm, so it can now be used for full length or worktop mounted units, the choices are endless.
The team also took some time to visit other supplier stands to get exclusive insights as to what is to come in 2025 and beyond. Kessebohmer were demonstrating some of their exciting new products – the unique VENTARA corner cabinet pullout, the practical small appliance fitting Chefs Table and the CONERO dressing room range.
The handle supplier Furnipart were showcasing the ever popular Manor range in a new matt bronze finish and they have also collaborated with renowned Danish designer Signe Hytte to create 2 sculptural handle families that celebrate the raw beauty of brass and stainless steel.
The next stop was the Sensio Lighting stand where you could see how LED Lighting impacts your space through the designated zones; Innovate, Create and Illuminate. They also had the opportunity to get hands-on with the Plug & Play Table, and discover the latest patented technologies like the Affinity where the lighting sits anywhere along a magnetic track.
INTERZUM 2025 was a huge success, we are extremely grateful to all our customers who attended the trade show and took the time to offer us feedback on the new range of products on display. The positive reactions we received helps us identify customer needs and potential market opportunities.
